A fully-renovated former stone silkworm farm adjoining the owner's home, the Holiday cottage comprises 2 separate areas linked by a large inner courtyard with a covered terrace, ideal for outdoor meals and barbecues. You can also relax in the large 1 hectare communal flower garden, and cool off in the small swimming pool (to be shared with the very discreet owner). The main accommodation comprises a beautiful vaulted stone room with air-conditioning, a sitting area for relaxing and watching TV, and a sleeping area with 1 x 180cm bed that can be converted into 2 x 90cm beds on request, plus a sofa bed clic clac. You'll have 1 bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. From this shower room, you'll have access to a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. It has an independent exit to the courtyard for easy access. The second part of the Holiday cottage, accessible to people with reduced mobility, is at your disposal by crossing the courtyard. Here you'll find a studio with a second fully-equipped kitchen area, a dining area with TV, and a 140/190 double bed. The bathroom includes a shower suitable for people with reduced mobility and a toilet. Bed linen provided. Private parking. Horse stalls available on request.
