Housed in an old farmhouse, the Holiday cottage is in a peaceful, natural setting at the center of a remarkable basalt cirque. From the terrace, enjoy a splendid view of the Vercors and the Southern Alps, the opportunity to admire the sunrise and observe vultures and circaètes. A privileged setting for nature lovers.

This stone Holiday cottage combines authenticity and comfort to welcome families and friends in total serenity. Set against the owner's house but totally independent, it is arranged over three levels. The ground floor (elevated) opens onto the terrace, and features a pleasant living room with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cosy sitting area around the fireplace (wood supplied). The mezzanine on the second level invites you to relax with a games, reading and TV area. It leads to a bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet, a small shower room with toilet and two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with 3 90cm beds). The top floor opens onto two additional bedrooms, the first with a 160cm bed, the second with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed.

Outside, you'll enjoy a garden open to nature, an above-ground swimming pool* for sunny days, a convivial terrace for sharing a barbecue meal, and a horizon that fades into the distance. The surroundings invite you to relax and contemplate.

Not far from the Holiday cottage, discover pretty villages (St Vincent de Barrès, Coux, Mirmande...), troglodytic sites (Les Balmes de Montbrun, La Jaubernie...), take the gentle route of the Payre or the Dolce Via. You can also enjoy canoeing or venture into the Gorges de la Glueyre for some canyoning!
