Located in the village of Lablachère (all shops, Vineyard), beautiful traditional stone house, with a large garden planted with trees and fully enclosed. Table tennis in the garden. Private parking. This charming two-storey house features a private Piscine*, terrace and shaded courtyard with barbecue. Comfortable Holiday cottage.
1st floor: well-equipped kitchen, living area (sofas, flat-screen TV), bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (160cm bed) with shared shower room and WC, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed).
Housekeeping included (except kitchen area). Dishwasher detergent, tea towels and bath mats are provided. Baby equipment on site. Oil-fired central heating.
All shops in the village are within walking distance.
The Holiday cottage is adjoined by other tenants who live year-round in the other part of the building. They have their own separate entrance to the Holiday cottage and no access to the Piscine or garden. There are no neighbours.
There are plenty of places to visit nearby: the Chassezac and Beaume gorges, the Païolive forest and its ruiniform rocks, the listed villages of Banne, Naves, Labeaume, Balazuc, Thines, the medieval towns of Joyeuse and Largentière.....Markets are held in Joyeuse, Les Vans, Lablachère and Ruoms.... And for lovers of outdoor activities: canoeing or climbing on the Chassezac, accrobranches parks, cycling on the Ardéchoise routes, Hiking to discover exceptional landscapes. An environmentally-friendly aquatic center with beautiful Piscine and Wellbeing area is just 1 km away.

*Piscine info: 5m x 10m, depth 1m30, unheated, salt water, mid-May to September, weather permitting, equipped with secure electric shutters.
