A peaceful stay in the heart of nature at Saint Julien d'Intres. Situated on the heights of the village, the "Gîte du Village" invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet of a wooded environment, just 8km from Saint Agrève and 17km from Le Cheylard.

This detached house is warm, simple and functional. Its large 4500 m² plot, partly shaded, is perfect for relaxing in the open air. The covered terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue, is the perfect place for cosy evenings out. An outside staircase leads to the first floor of the house, where the gîte is located. Inside, you'll find a living room with a corner sofa, flat-screen TV and DVD player, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The integrated kitchenette in the same room is fully equipped for preparing your meals. Two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), a shower room and separate WC complete this cosy, convivial space. Downstairs, a laundry room with washing machine is at your disposal.

Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, the region is a playground for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just a few kilometers away, discover Lac de Devesset, perfect for windsurfing, swimming or pedal-boat rides. In autumn, the forest offers its treasures for mushroom picking. Hikers and cyclists will also appreciate the Dolce Via, an old railroad line transformed into a cycle path just one kilometer from the gîte. In summer, don't miss the Equiblues festival in Saint Agrève, or a supervised swim at the Eyrium water sports center in Le Cheylard. L'Arche des métiers or La Maison des Bijoux in Le Cheylard will also add to your enjoyment.
