The owners, Jean Marc and Elisabeth, recently retired farmers, have used their newfound free time to completely renovate the old family home. Adjacent to their home, the holiday cottage features a separate entrance, a private entrance, as well as a terrace and a garden with no neighbors in sight. The location is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a simple, comfortable, and spacious place, perfect for relaxation and leisure.

Outside, the garden offers a pleasant spot to relax in the shade of the linden tree. Kids will enjoy the swing, while older guests can make use of the pétanque court. The panoramic view of the surrounding countryside invites contemplation. You’ll also have access to a furnished terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for sharing good times outdoors.

Inside, everything has been designed for a comfortable and carefree vacation. The holiday cottage is laid out over two levels with a few steps between some rooms. In the living areas, you’ll enjoy a spacious living room with an open kitchen, perfect for gathering around the table after preparing delicious meals. A separate living room with sofas, a TV, and a bookshelf completes the living areas.

The holiday cottage has three bedrooms. The first has a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, the second has a 140 cm bed, and the third has three 90 cm beds (two of which can be joined to form a 180 cm bed). In terms of bathrooms, the house features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate toilet, and a sink in the hallway leading to the upstairs bedrooms, which is particularly convenient for morning and evening routines.

The surrounding area boasts varied landscapes that are sure to charm you. On one side, the Rhône Valley reveals its renowned Vineyards, villages, and lively cities. You can visit the Château Musée de Tournon, stroll along the promenade by the Rhône riverbanks, enjoy the Linaë aquatic center, explore the Valrhona Cité du Chocolat, and even hop on your bike along the Viarhôna. On the other side, the Doux Gorges offer a wilder setting where you can board the famous Train de l’Ardèche or explore the valley by rail bike. Finally, the Ardèche Verte invites you to explore its mountains, forests, and preserved natural areas.

For a stress-free stay, bed linen is provided and the beds are made on arrival; bathroom linen is provided, and end-of-stay housekeeping is included in the rate.
