Are you looking for a peaceful gîte where you can relax in the peace and quiet of our little Ardèche region? This house is just waiting for you.
The owners have renovated this gîte, which adjoins their own home. They'll be happy to tell you all about the beautiful places to discover in the southern Ardèche, while remaining discreet.

Ideally located, this house will be the starting point for many visits or hikes through the Cévennes ardéchoises countryside.
Suitable for 4 people, the gîte is on 2 levels.
It's spacious and functional, so you'll feel right at home. The covered terrace lets you enjoy meals and barbecues outside.
Inside, the large living room welcomes you with its open-plan kitchen and cosy lounge. Separate toilet on this 1st level.
Upstairs, the two large bedrooms each have a double bed (140cm). Bathroom with Italian shower and second separate toilet (with washbasin and washing machine).
The house is pleasantly warm all year round, thanks to underfloor heating and cooling.

The little extra: the cellar has been fully fitted out so you can store your bikes safely and securely.

Travel light: beds are made on arrival and towels provided.

Places not to miss: 5 minutes from the Gorges du Chassezac for canoeing or simply swimming in the river.
5 minutes from the village of Les Vans: don't miss the superb authentic Saturday morning market with its delicious local produce.
Also 30 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the famous Pont d'Arc and the magnificent Grotte Chauvet replica.
