Enjoy an idyllic setting with panoramic views over the vineyards, a well-appointed, modern interior and air-conditioned living space for your comfort in all seasons. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and heating or air conditioning included for a stress-free stay. For moments of relaxation, a Piscine shared* with the owners (little used by them) is at your disposal. And to get your day off to a good start, there's a bakery just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for picking up fresh bread and pastries.

An outside staircase leads to this cosy cocoon, furnished with care. Warm and functional, the Holiday cottage features an air-conditioned living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, dining area and sitting area. The Holiday cottage is equipped with a pellet stove, guaranteeing a warm atmosphere after your days of discovery. There are three comfortable bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, one with a 140cm bed, and one with two 90cm beds, as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. The terrace with pergola invites you to dine al fresco, overlooking an exceptional panorama. Semi-detached from the owners' house, it offers total privacy, with no vis-à-vis. A secure cellar is available for bicycle enthusiasts.

There's plenty to discover in the surrounding area, including the charming village of Alba-la-Romaine, with its ancient Theater and circus arts festival in July, not to mention Saint-Montan, Bidon, Gras and Saint-Thomé. Just 35 minutes away, explore the Gorges de l'Ardèche and Grotte Chauvet 2. On the other side of the Rhône, 40 minutes away, you'll find the Drôme Provençale, with its majestic Château de Grignan.
