In the heart of the medieval town of Largentière, in southern Ardèche, the Gîte du Soleil welcomes you for a pleasant stay filled with relaxation and exploration. Strolling through the cobblestone streets, visiting the upper part of the village and its castle, and going on hikes in the magnificent Tanargue Mountains—what a wonderful itinerary. You’ll also enjoy being close to the legendary Ardèche Gorges and charming villages like Balazuc and Vogüé. Just a stone’s throw from the village center, you’ll be within a few minutes’ walk of all the essential shops and the weekly Market. A multi-level house.
This detached house welcomes you across three levels, set in a beautiful 2,000 m² landscaped garden with a private Piscine*. You won’t get bored thanks to the many on-site recreational facilities: foosball, ping-pong, badminton… The entrance is on the first floor of the house, where you’ll find a foyer with a desk and a restroom. On the upper floor, on the same level as the Piscine, you’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a beautiful living room with a pool table (which converts into a large dining table). The first bedroom features a 160-size bed and has its own private bathroom (shower). You’ll also find two other bedrooms (one with a 160-bed and a 90-bed, and the other with a 140-bed and a 90-bed). A bathroom with a tub and a separate restroom are also on this level. For something a little “unusual,” a fourth bedroom is located in a Chalet in the garden and features two 90 beds. On the ground floor, you’ll find a garage for bikes and motorcycles (laundry area with a washing machine and a second refrigerator and freezer). The holiday cottage is fully equipped for young children. Sheets and towels are available for rent. Pets are allowed, provided they are treated with respect for the property.
