In the heart of the medieval town of Largentière, in the southern Ardèche, the Holiday cottage du Soleil awaits you for a pleasant stay of relaxation and discovery. Take a stroll along the cobbled streets, visit the village heights and its castle, or go Hiking in the magnificent Tanargue massif - it's a great program. You'll also enjoy the proximity of the mythical Gorges de l'Ardèche and villages of character such as Balazuc and Vogüé. Just a stone's throw from the village center, you'll be within walking distance of all the essential shops and the weekly Market. This detached 3-storey house is set in 2000m² of landscaped grounds with a private Piscine* You'll never be bored thanks to the many leisure facilities on site: table soccer, ping-pong, badminton... The entrance is on the 1st floor of the house, where you'll find a hall with an office and a toilet. On the upper floor, on the same level as the Piscine, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a beautiful living room with billiard table (convertible into a large dining table). The 1st bedroom has a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room. You'll also find 2 other bedrooms (one with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, and the other with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed). A bathroom with bathtub and separate WC are also on this level. For an Unusual touch, a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) is located in a Chalet in the garden. On the first floor, you'll find a garage for bikes and motorcycles (laundry area with washing machine and second fridge and freezer). Holiday cottage fully equipped for toddlers.
