Enjoy the location of the gîte, on the heights of the village of Coucouron, about 2 kms from the Lac de Coucouron, very pleasant in summer for its outdoor activities.
You'll never be bored, with a host of tourist activities on offer: swimming, fishing, hiking or cycling, mushroom picking, visits to famous sites (Lac d'Issarlès 5 kms away, Mont Gerbier de Joncs......).
And don't forget the local markets, where you can sample the produce of the Ardèche mountains.

The newly-built gîte is comfortable and modern.
It's all on one level, with a lovely terrace (currently being finished).
Here you can enjoy your meals or relax on the deckchairs!
Your children will be delighted to play on the large adjoining private playground.
A small shop just 2 minutes' walk from the gîte offers local cheeses and charcuterie, as well as bread and croissants for breakfast!
As for other shops, you'll find everything in Coucouron (restaurants, mini-markets, pharmacy, doctor, garage....) and even a recharging point for electric vehicles.

This detached house features a bright living room with flat-screen TV, a lounge and a fitted kitchen.
On the night side, 3 bedrooms (2 with 140cm beds and 1 with 2 90cm beds). Shower room, separate toilet. Utility room. Cot and high chair available on request.
For your comfort, beds are made up on arrival and household linen (sheets, tea towels, etc.) and towels are provided.
From autumn onwards, you'll love the ambience of the lovely wood-burning stove in the living room.
A garage is available for motorcycles and bicycles. Parking space on the property.
