Your Holiday cottage is housed in an old 19th-century mill (where silkworms were reared and silk thread processed), nestled in a small limestone valley surrounded by restanques with Mediterranean vegetation, in a peaceful natural setting.

It's 7 km from Privas (capital of marron glacé) and 30 km from Montélimar (capital of nougat), and 15 minutes from the Loriol exit on the A7 freeway. It is close to the owners' house and another Holiday cottage. Detached house. There are many places to visit in the area, including the picturesque villages of St Vincent de Barrès, Rochemaure and Beauchastel, and the medieval village of Cruas with its abbey church. It's also a great region for Hiking, with the Coiron volcanic plateau and its basaltic flows, and paths shaded by chestnut groves.... On the practical side, you can reach the shops in the village of Alissas on foot in 15 minutes.

The Holiday cottage has a private terrace in the shade of the fig tree, with barbecue and garden furniture. It is on 2 levels. On the ground floor, there's a fully-equipped kitchen, and on the first floor, a sitting area with a sofa bed for one person, an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room and a toilet.
