You'll be staying in the heart of the old town of La Voulte-sur-Rhône, in the pedestrian streets of this city with its rich medieval past. The Holiday cottage is located just below the castle and a few meters from the Jardin d'Hiver, a small public square offering a remarkable panoramic view of the Rhône. This historic building has been completely renovated. A spiral staircase leads to the three levels of this fully air-conditioned accommodation, guaranteeing optimal comfort in all seasons. On the first floor, an entrance hall provides space for shoes and coats, as well as storage space for your bicycles. The first level houses the air-conditioned living rooms and an enclosed terrace, ideal for outdoor meals and barbecue evenings. The living room, with its fully-equipped kitchenette, benefits from several openings on the Rhône side, allowing you to admire the view. The living room, with sofa, armchairs, TV and library, invites you to relax. The top level is devoted to the sleeping area. Quality bedding and air conditioning guarantee a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom has two 80 cm beds (convertible to 160 cm), while the second has three 90 cm beds. In the heart of the City, you'll find all the local shops on foot, including bakeries, newsagents, pharmacies and restaurants. For parking, there's a large parking lot around 300 m from the gîte, with a few spaces available at the château 50 m away. For cyclists, you can easily join the ViaRhôna or opt for a wilder escapade on the Dolce Via. Just a few kilometers away, you can discover the picturesque villages of the Ardèche, such as Beauchastel and Chalencon, as well as the local Markets, the Vineyards of the Rhône Valley and must-see sites such as Château de Crussol and the Eyrieux Valley. The Holiday cottage's location also makes it easy to reach Valence and the region's main tourist routes. Laundry room with washing machine available. Sheets, towels and housekeeping are optional.
