Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Monts d'Ardèche at an altitude of 1,200 m, this large detached house is ideally located for relaxing and hiking through large meadows and forests. Close to 3 GR trails (GR4, 7 and 72) for hiking enthusiasts, you can also explore the magnificent small roads of the Ardèche for road bike enthusiasts. Two ski resorts are nearby for Nordic or Alpine skiing in winter. This comfortable and functional Group holiday cottage can accommodate up to 26 people. You'll appreciate its large 70m² living area with a kitchen space adapted for a large capacity (2 fridges, professional dishwasher, freezer, piano oven...), a professional dishwasher. a living room with numerous tables for meals and a TV corner. 2 WCs are located on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find 5 dormitory rooms (see room details). There's also a shared shower room with 3 showers, 3 washbasins and a WC. In the upstairs corridor, a small library with board games. A little extra: A large garage is available for storing your bikes, motorcycles or skis. Bed linen rental (pillows, comforters and blankets are provided in the Holiday cottage). Possibility of renting the whole Holiday cottage for one night on request to the owners. Possibility of packed lunches or meals to be ordered from an outside service provider (see with the owners). Possibility of renting a large gas plancha for 15€ (2 or 3 days) or 20€ (For the week).
