Situated in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Monts d'Ardèche at an altitude of 1200m, this large detached house is ideally located for relaxing and Hiking through large meadows and forests.
Close to 3 GR trails (GR4, 7 and 72) for walking enthusiasts, you can also explore the magnificent small roads of the Ardèche for road bike enthusiasts. Two ski resorts are nearby for Nordic or Alpine skiing in winter. The Borne canyon is within easy reach for summer activities such as canyoning.

This comfortable and functional Group holiday cottage can accommodate up to 26 people. It's perfect for gatherings of families or friends looking for the peace and quiet of the mountains.
You'll appreciate its large 70m² living room with a kitchen area adapted for a large capacity (2 fridges, freezer, piano oven...), a professional dishwasher, a living room with numerous tables for meals and a TV corner. 2 WCs are located on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find 5 dormitory rooms (see room details).
The 5 bedrooms also share a bathroom with 3 showers, 3 washbasins and a toilet.
A small library with board games is located in the upstairs corridor.

A little extra: A large garage is available for storing your bikes, motorcycles or skis. Bed linen rental (pillows, comforters and blankets are provided in the Holiday cottage).
Possibility of renting the entire Holiday cottage for one night on request to the owners.
Packed lunches or meals can be ordered from an outside supplier (see owners).
