Looking forward to the vacations with family or friends? The Holiday cottage d'Olivier is the perfect place for a stay you won't forget!
In the southern Ardèche, just a few minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, this little corner of paradise will win you over with its large garden, swimming pool and main house with annex for maximum comfort together.
Lounging and relaxing in the sun or in the shade of the parasols, that's what awaits you around the swimming pool (7x3.5m) from May to September, depending on the weather. Made entirely of wood and secure, it's heated by a solar system that allows you to swim more quickly.
On site, you'll also enjoy a wide range of leisure activities, including a pétanque court, table tennis and table soccer... just a few more features that will convince you to come here.
The owner, Olivier, lets you make the most of his house and its grounds. Very discreet, he lives in a Chalet at the bottom of the grounds. His chickens and vegetable garden will be shared with you for fresh eggs and vegetables.
The Holiday cottage consists of two houses: the main house and its annex.
You'll be amazed by the main house's vast living room and its flood of light, where you can all gather for meals.... And what about the three terraces, ideal for dining, relaxing, reading or soaking up the sun.
Inside, you'll find :
In the main house: a living room, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room, a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, en-suite shower room (shower and WC) and ample storage space, and a separate WC.
In the annex: a small living room with a second kitchen area, a mezzanine bedroom with a 160cm bed and catamaran net, a shower room with shower and WC, and a dormitory bedroom and gaming room.
For your comfort, the annexe is fully air-conditioned, beds made on arrival and housekeeping included.

Nous avons passé un super weekend chez Olivier pour l'enterrement de vie de garçon de mon frère. L'accueil à été top, le logement parfait, les extérieurs bien pensé avec de l'ombre où du soleil. Olivier est très agréable et discret vous pouvez l'inviter à boire l'apéro sans aucun problème ?

July Magnifique week-end
Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end entre amis dans la maison d'Olivier où tout est bien pensé pour passer un moment de détente avec le terrain de pétanque, les espaces terrasses... Olivier est une personne accueillante et d'une gentillesse ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Olivier!

D'abord le propriétaire Olivier est vraiment super gentil, discret mais prêt à donner plein d'idées à faire dans les environs.
La maison style Bali est le rêve; spacieuse, bien équipée avec un bon literie. La maison annexe était géniale pour les enfants aussi.
Plein d'extra comme la piscine, le ping-pong, le jeu de boules etc. Vraiment trop à faire.

Olivier est une personne fort sympathique.
La maison est parfaite, très bien équipée.
Elle est au calme, dans la verdure et bien située. Le village et son château à quelques centaines de mètres sont magnifiques.
Le seul souci qui a été impactant, et cela Olivier n'y peut rien, ce sont les moustiques. Même en plein jour, en plein soleil, difficile de profiter pleinement du terrain de pétanque, des transats à la piscine, de la table de ping-pong et même de manger sur la table de la terrasse. Pourtant nous avions plusieurs anti-moustiques.- Cleanliness

Louise Plu Un lieu idéal et ressourçant
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le gîte d'Olivier ! Rien ne manque à cet hébergement.
Nous étions 10 pour cette semaine, et le lieu était propice au calme et à l'intimité au milieu de la nature.Olivier est un super hôte, très accueillant et disponible, discret mais avec qui il est agréable de partager un café.
Si vous cherchez un lieu au milieu de la végétation, proche des rivières ardéchoises, dans lequel on ne s'ennuie pas ; c'est la bonne adresse !
