This old barn, restored with passion, opens its doors to you for a stay imbued with gentleness and serenity.

The comfort is modern, the decoration meticulous and personalized, some elements made by Françoise, the owner who lives next door.
Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen opening onto dining area and lounge with sofas, TV and WiFi. One bedroom with shower room (160cm bed) and direct access to the Piscine terrace. Separate toilet.
Upstairs, shower room, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 80x200cm beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed.
The Holiday cottage is not air-conditioned, but has a cooling floor, which is pleasant in all seasons.
Beds made on arrival and linen supplied.

Spend your days strolling between sunbathing by your private Piscine*, siestas in the shade of the Camargue doormat and dinners around the gas barbecue.
Young and old alike will enjoy the ping-pong table and Molky game.
Garage for parking cars, motorcycles and bicycles (not enclosed - max. height 2 m).
Access to the Holiday cottage is via a calade or internal staircase (not suitable for PRM).

Ideal starting point for exploring our region and discovering the villages of Balazuc, Labeaume and Vogüé, not forgetting the Ardèche Gorges and the Pont d'Arc.
Local shops are just a 5-minute drive away.
For hikers, it's a great place to discover superb trails starting from the Holiday cottage.
Cycle routes on the nearby "voies douces". For sports enthusiasts, canoeing, caving and via ferrata are all within a 30-minute drive.
