It features a bed and breakfast (two bedrooms) and the Gîte des Lavandes, set in a peaceful setting surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden full of flowers. You’ll enjoy a shared Piscine with a sun deck, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The holiday cottage, located off to the side of the house, features a separate entrance and a private terrace with no overlooking neighbors, ensuring privacy and tranquility.
Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings, complete with outdoor furniture and a gas grill—ideal for sharing a meal al fresco.
The interior consists of an air-conditioned main room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a table for two, and a flexible sleeping area (one 160-cm bed or two 80-cm beds). A separate living room with a sofa, TV, and bookshelf, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet, complete the space.

Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the quick access to the ViaRhona, the Dolce Via, and the Voie douce de la Payre. There is a locked garage for bicycles, and the property is secured by a gate. The GR 42 trail is less than one km away, as are numerous marked hiking trails.

The town of Soyons enjoys an ideal central location for exploring the Ardèche and Drôme regions. Some ideas for day trips include: the Peaugres Safari, the Ardèche Train, the Vineyards of the Rhône Valley, the Eyrieux Valley, the Drôme Valley, and the Ardèche Gorges. Just a few minutes away, don’t miss the Soyons Caves, the Jardin des Trains Ardéchois, and the ruins of Crussol.

The village also has local shops (bakery, Pharmacy, Restaurant, newsstand, etc.) to ensure a convenient and pleasant stay.
