On the road to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, surrounded by lavender fields, this beautiful Detached house is classified as an Ecogîte and offers every comfort. The ground floor overlooks the lavender fields through large bay windows in the living room and downstairs bedroom.

Large plot, ideal for outdoor living. Just 200 meters from the pretty village of Saint Remèze with all amenities, and less than 10 minutes from the Caverne du Pont d'Arc (recreation of the Grotte Chauvet) and swimming in the Ardèche. Private Piscine (open from May to October).

The perfect place to enjoy a sporting vacation in unspoilt natural surroundings: canoeing, swimming, rock-climbing, hiking or mountain-biking. You can also stroll by the Piscine, or have fun on the petanque court, the basquet basket, the swings or the sandpit, in the heart of nature and close to major tourist attractions.

Inside: Large living room with sitting area (large sofas, flat-screen TV, Internet connection, integrated kitchenette), separate toilet and bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower and toilet). Upstairs, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160, private bathroom with shower and vanity unit), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 Bunk beds 90, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 or 2 separate beds, bathroom, separate WC. The house also has a garage.

For winter, Wood heating (wood stove with wood supplied) and double-flow ventilation.

10% discount applied to the 2nd week for stays of 14 consecutive nights. 20% discount on the 3rd week for stays of 21 consecutive nights.
