Situated in a small, peaceful hamlet, surrounded by nature and fields, it's the ideal place for a relaxing stay in southern Ardèche.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' vacation home (present only for arrivals and departures), is on the first floor and benefits from a large covered terrace.
The terrace is perfectly equipped for enjoying fine weather: dining table, barbecue, lounge...

There's also a lovely outdoor area: a large courtyard with a table tennis table, a carport housing a table soccer table, and a table tennis table for convivial moments with family and friends.
And best of all, a private, fenced-in, secure swimming pool - the Holiday cottage's real asset - awaits you to cool off all summer long!

Inside, you'll be charmed by the authenticity of the house, with its period tiles, particularly in the living room.
The house features a separate living room with fully-equipped kitchen, a separate sitting room, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
From the bedrooms, the view opens out onto the surrounding fields, for a gentle awakening in the heart of the Ardèche countryside.
