Modern villa with heated pool ideally located in the southern Ardèche, in one of France's most beautiful villages.

Welcome to Les Holiday cottages des Clapas! The owners welcome you to their 2 new villas (2022) located in the South Ardèche in the heart of the village of Balazuc, "One of the most beautiful villages in France" and also labeled "Village de caractère".
The 2 independent villas, Lisa and Flora, each have a covered terrace, a swimming pool (open from April to October and heated from mid-May to mid-September), a pétanque court and parking.
In a quiet, natural setting overlooking the vineyards, you can relax in the sunshine by taking a dip in the Piscine or in the river, a 10-minute walk away, and get a change of scenery by strolling along Balazuc's calades, enjoying an ice cream or a drink in the village's various bars or restaurants, admiring the craftsmen's boutiques or canoeing under the Balazuc bridge,...You can also discover local producers at the Tuesday evening Market in Balazuc during July and August.
La Villa Lisa comprises an air-conditioned living area, divided into two parts: a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with desk and TV. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and the other with a 140cm bed, each equipped with a TV and large storage cupboards. The bathroom includes an Italian shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC with washbasin. Beds made on arrival.
Balazuc is 20 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, 10 minutes from Voguë, Ruoms and Labeaume. You'll be close to nature as you walk or cycle along the Via Ardèche (400 m away), or try your hand at accro branche, canoeing, canyoning, caving, cave tours, etc.
