In search of a peaceful vacation, located in the commune of PEREYRES at 800 m altitude, in the Monts d'Ardèche and 2 minutes from the famous Cascade du Ray-Pic: Holiday cottage in a south-facing stone house, with an exceptional panoramic view over the Bourge valley and its fields of wild Ardèche blueberries.
Relaxing, peaceful and rejuvenating surroundings; Departure point from the Holiday cottage for various Hiking trails.
Nearby, you can explore Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Mont Mézenc, and the Issarlès and St Martial lakes.
The Holiday cottage is on one level and has its own entrance.
The living area comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher); lounge with flat-screen TV, sofa and armchairs, wood-burning stove.
Night area: 2 bedrooms (one with 1 x 140cm bed / the other with 1 x 90cm bed and 1 x 140cm bed); shower room with shower and separate WC.
Bathroom linen provided; board games available.
Outside: terrace under pergolas with wooden barbecue.
Direct access to free parking via private road.

    Gîte pleine nature

    Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Denis, gîte familiale équipé comme à la maison. C’est très appréciable.
    Environnement propice à la déconnection des tracas quotidien, idéal pour se reconnecter à la nature.
    Amateurs de randonnées seront comblés, et à la découverte de l’Ardèche versus montagne.
    Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

    Des hôtes adorables avec leurs chiens cane corso. Ils ont laissé le gîte propre, je recommande fortement.

    Ardèche nature

    Logement très bien ; il ne manque rien au niveau cuisine. Chambres confortables...
    Par contre, pour des ados, nous pensons que ce n'est pas le bon choix car ils risqueraient de s'ennuyer, même s'il y a la radio, la TV, les jeux de société.
    Pour des personnes avec des petits ou sans enfant, c'est l'idéal. Le propriétaire et sa famille nous ont réservé un très bon accueil, nous avons beaucoup échangé avec eux.
