The Domaine de l'Ouvèze welcomes you in a calm, family atmosphere, just 10 minutes from the A7 motorway. Set in a green setting close to the Eyrieux valley and around forty kilometers from the Ardèche gorges, it comprises two independent Holiday cottages and around twenty camping Location. On site, young and old alike can enjoy leisure facilities such as a petanque pitch, volleyball net, soccer cage and ping pong table. Access to the Ouvèze river, just three hundred meters away, is also a great place to explore. The village of Saint Julien en Saint Alban, just a ten-minute walk away, offers a full range of local shops. The Olivier Holiday cottage, located at the entrance to the property, is a self-contained, raised ground-floor apartment. It features an air-conditioned living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bright living room with TV lounge area. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm). A bright bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet complete the layout. Outside, you'll enjoy a sheltered, covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a private area at the rear of the Holiday cottage for outdoor siestas. For your peace and quiet, the property is equipped with an electric gate, and there's a private parking space in front of the accommodation. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional. A pet is accepted so that the whole family can enjoy their stay to the full.
