Easily accessible (10 minutes from the A7 motorway), the property is close to the Eyrieux valley and some 40 kilometers from the famous Ardèche gorges. There are two independent Holiday cottages and a campsite with twenty or so locations, all in a simple, friendly atmosphere. There's something for everyone on the estate, including a pétanque pitch, volleyball area, soccer pitch and ping-pong table. Just a stone's throw away (300 m), the Ouvèze river completes this bucolic natural setting. The village of Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban is just a ten-minute walk away, offering easy access to local shops, and the Lauriers Holiday cottage, located on the property, offers a pleasant setting. The self-contained, raised first floor features an air-conditioned living area with fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto a comfortable sitting area with TV. On the night side, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). The accommodation also includes a shower room and separate toilet. A covered terrace hidden behind the vegetation, furnished with garden furniture and barbecue, extends the living space. There's also a private outdoor area where you can relax in peace and quiet. Access to the property is secured by an electric gate, and a parking space is reserved for you close to the Holiday cottage. For an additional charge, you can opt to rent sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. Pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy their stay.
