Let yourself be seduced by our little village and its surroundings, and you'll be surprised by their diversity and authenticity.
It's the ideal place from which to explore the villages of character (Balazuc, Vogüé, Labeaume... ), the medieval cities of Largentière and Joyeuse, and the pretty Markets. Not forgetting the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche!
When it comes to swimming, you can choose between the Ardèche river at Balazuc or the La Beaume river at Rosières.

Our Holiday cottage is brand new! It's next door to our house, but not overlooked. We share the Piscine.
You'll enjoy the lovely, sunny covered terrace, surrounded by 300 m² of grounds, perfect for outdoor meals (electric plancha available).

The Holiday cottage is all on one level, with air conditioning in every room.
It comprises a spacious living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with sofa, TV and WiFi.
From this room, you have access to a 2nd terrace with garden furniture.
Two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds), a large shower room with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided.
Baby Equipment available on request. Reversible ducted air conditioning.
Enclosed grounds, electric gate with remote control and private parking spaces.

Swimming pool info: 10x5 - depth 1.50 - chlorine - open from May to September, weather permitting (10am to 12pm and 2pm to 7.30pm) - unheated - safety gates - to be shared with the owners.
The Piscine is located 50m from the Holiday cottage, next to the owners' house.
