Gîte de l'Olivier

You'll be staying in a privileged location with generous sunshine and an exceptional view over the Ardèche valley and surrounding mountains. There's a large terrace where you can soak up the sun or enjoy your meals under the arbour. The gîte is a comfortable, self-contained cottage surrounded by olive trees. It comprises a living room with sitting area, fitted kitchen, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), bedroom (2 x 1cm beds), bedroom (2 x 1cm beds). The grounds are enclosed and there's a bike shed and cellar. Electric heating and fans available. Lovely bathroom with corner bath and shower, separate WC. This is the starting point for many visits: the Grotte Chauvet2 which can be seen from the terrace, the Ardèche gorges, the Orgnac caves, La Cocalière, La Madeleine... The beautiful villages of character invite you to stroll through the narrow streets and discover their heritage. Shops and restaurants in the village of Sampzon.
