You'll be staying in a privileged location with generous sunshine and an exceptional view over the Ardèche valley and surrounding mountains. There's a large terrace where you can soak up the sun or enjoy your meals under the arbour. The gîte is a comfortable, self-contained cottage surrounded by olive trees. It comprises a living room with sitting area, fitted kitchen, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), bedroom (2 x 1cm beds), bedroom (2 x 1cm beds). The grounds are enclosed and there's a bike shed and cellar. Electric heating and fans available. Lovely bathroom with corner bath and shower, separate WC. This is the starting point for many visits: the Grotte Chauvet2 which can be seen from the terrace, the Ardèche gorges, the Orgnac caves, La Cocalière, La Madeleine... The beautiful villages of character invite you to stroll through the narrow streets and discover their heritage. Shops and restaurants in the village of Sampzon.

vacances avec vue
5/5Accueil très agréable de la propriétaire. Maison très bien équipée et superbe vue de la terrasse. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir et d'en dire le plus grand bien autour de nous.
Nous étions avec une personne âgée qui marche peu et dont les trajets se font souvent en fauteuil roulant, aucun problème d'accès avec de l'aide bien sûr, à cette maison.- Cleanliness 5/5

4/5Nous avons passé 4 jours à Sampzon dans ce gîte. La vue depuis la terrasse est sublime. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, le gîte est très bien situé géographiquement. Seul bémol la porte d'entrée qui est difficile à fermer. Si je peux, je reviendrai.

5/5Ce gîte est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse sans vis à vis et sa magnifique vue! On y trouve tout l'équipement nécessaire, on ne manque de rien! Aucun problème non plus lorsqu'on a un chien, car il est très bien clôturé.
Il est également bien situé pour visiter les sites Ardéchois.

4/5Séjour très agréable dans ce gîte idéalement situé pour visiter la grotte Chauvet, l'aven d'Orgnac, les gorges de l'Ardèche... Vue magnifique depuis l'immense terrasse bien équipée, on a adoré aussi la petite terrasse couverte sous la pergola envahie par la vigne.
