You'll be staying in a privileged location with generous sunshine and an exceptional view over the Ardèche valley and surrounding mountains. There's a large terrace where you can soak up the sun or enjoy your meals under the arbour. The gîte is a comfortable, self-contained cottage surrounded by olive trees. It comprises a living room with sitting area, fitted kitchen, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), bedroom (2 x 1cm beds), bedroom (2 x 1cm beds). The grounds are enclosed and there's a bike shed and cellar. Electric heating and fans available. Lovely bathroom with corner bath and shower, separate WC. This is the starting point for many visits: the Grotte Chauvet2 which can be seen from the terrace, the Ardèche gorges, the Orgnac caves, La Cocalière, La Madeleine... The beautiful villages of character invite you to stroll through the narrow streets and discover their heritage. Shops and restaurants in the village of Sampzon.

Fam. O Super Séjours
La maison est magnifiquement située et très bien équipée. Les enfants ont pu se défouler dehors, et nous avons profité de la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. La maison est très bien située pour découvrir les magnifiques environs. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement à l'aise. La recharge de la voiture à la borne de recharge de la mairie s'est également très bien passée. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

Cat et aime Un très beau séjour
Formidable, une superbe vu en contre bas et sur les montagnes autour, là rivière tous proche, une beau séjour bien reposant malgré les fortes chaleurs sur notre séjours.
