In a quiet hamlet in the heart of nature, with a breathtaking view over the Doux valley, the Holiday cottage de Laval is the ideal place to gather with family or friends. Its warm interior, gaming room and agricultural setting make it an authentic and rejuvenating place to stay.

Inside, you'll discover a carefully restored stone house, where local materials create a soft, healthy atmosphere. The spacious living room features a sitting area with corner sofa and fireplace, and a convivial fitted kitchen with dining area. The Holiday cottage has four bedrooms: two with double beds (one with en-suite shower room), one with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and one with three single beds (90cm), one of which is a bunk bed. A spacious bathroom with bath and shower, plus separate WC, complete this comfortable space. Underfloor central heating with a wood-burning boiler ensures pleasant warmth. For moments of sharing and laughter, a large garage houses a table soccer table, a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop. Outside, the terrace on the first floor, closed by a small gate, guarantees a serene stay with young Kids. Facing east, it's the perfect spot for a light-filled breakfast. Down below, the garden offers a pleasant spot of greenery appreciated by Kids and those who like to nap on deckchairs overlooking the Ardèche landscape. The Holiday cottage is located in a small hamlet where the owners, former farmers, are happy to help guests discover life in the Countryside. There are several signposted footpaths leading directly from the Holiday cottage, and a wide choice of activities in the Nozières area. Fifteen minutes away, Lamastre offers shops and services, as well as the supervised Lake Retourtour. The Vélo Rail de Boucieu le Roi, the Train de l'Ardèche, and the characterful villages of Desaignes and Boucieu le Roi promise a wealth of discoveries.
