You're in the pedestrianized streets of this village, with local shops (bakery, newsagent, bank, restaurant, pharmacy, etc.) just a 200-meter walk away. Ideal for picking up pastries at breakfast time, or a pizza in the evening on your way home.

The fully renovated apartment is arranged over 3 levels. First there's a fully-equipped kitchen, with a round dining table and direct access to the terrace. On the upper floor, a lounge area with sofa, sofa-bed and TV. Bathroom with WC on the same level. Finally, on the top floor, an attic bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds (convertible into a 180 x 200 bed). For your comfort, reversible heating and air-conditioning in the kitchen and upstairs (between the living room and bedroom). Wifi connection available on all floors. The charm of this gîte lies in its small courtyard with terrace, featuring a garden table and barbecue.

The village is located in the Rhône Valley, 15 km from Montélimar. For the more sporty, there are numerous hiking trails nearby, the GR 42 passes through the village, and cycling on the Via Rhona (access 2km away). Take advantage of your stay to visit the emblematic Ardéchois tourist sites (Gorges de l'Ardèche, Grotte Chauvet 2, Alba La Romaine archaeological museum, Saint Vincent de Barres village of character, XI-century abbey church in the village...).
