Les Holiday cottages du Moulin are housed in an old 19th-century mill (where silkworms were reared and silk thread processed), nestled in a small limestone valley surrounded by Mediterranean terraces. 7km from Privas (capital of marron glacé) and 30km from Montélimar (capital of nougat).
Piscine* 4m x 8m, not overlooked, to be shared with another Holiday cottage, individual sun loungers. Boules pitch and Kids' play area to share with another gite.
Close to our house, on the first floor, with a large balcony on the first floor and a terrace area on the first floor. The Holiday cottage is on 2 levels. Living room with integrated kitchenette, sitting area, 1 bedroom (2 king-size beds), shower room, wc. Upstairs, 1 bedroom (two adjustable 80cm beds, private shower room).
Central heating and air-conditioning. Meter reading for electricity if air-conditioning is used.
On-site parking, bicycle garage. Hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage. Kids play area in village center, 15 minutes' walk away.
PISCINE INFO: 4m x 8m, 1 to 1.5m deep, chlorine treatment, open May to September (weather permitting), unheated, gated.

Un écrin de fraîcheur en Ardèche
5/5Nous avons passé un agréable, ressourçant et reposant séjour. Le gîte aménagé avec goût est fonctionnel et la piscine un vrai plus au vue des fortes chaleurs. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et très attentionnés (le miel fait maison était délicieux!) L’emplacement du gîte a été aussi l’occasion de découvrir de beaux sites alentours : la grotte Chauvet, le neck de sceautres, la vallée de l’Eyrieux… Bref, un début de vacances en ce qui nous concerne qui nous a ravis…

C'est avec grand plaisir que nous faisons vivre ce patrimoine témoin d'une activité de la soie fleurissante autrefois en Ardèche.
