In the small village of Saint-Remèze, close to the Ardèche Gorge, the Holiday cottage de la Lauze welcomes you for a comfortable vacation close to nature.
It features a lovely private heated Piscine*, grounds and garage.
It's a brand-new, independent villa with quality amenities.
First floor: large, bright living room/kitchenette, bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room with WC. Upstairs, one bedroom with bed 160, one bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 x 200, shower room, separate WC.
Aerothermal heating (€40 per week in winter), baby equipment. Air-conditioning. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. A 2nd Holiday cottage is nearby. In the village, small local shops, restaurants and wine cellars are 800 m away on foot.
Great sites to discover: Grotte Chauvet 2, Grotte de la Madeleine, Aven d'Orgnac, Musée de la Lavande, the beautiful villages of Balazuc, Aiguèze, Vogüé.... and for nature sports enthusiasts: Canoeing on the Ardèche, hiking on marked trails, accrobranche, caving.... A little corner of paradise for unforgettable vacations!

Fijne vakantiewoning
5/5Wij hadden een enorm fijn verblijf in deze vakantiewoning in de Ardeche.
Prachtige ligging tussen de lavendelvelden. Goed gelegen voor uitstapjes : markten, kajak, canyoning, restaurants, ...
We werden hartelijk onthaald door de eigenaars, waren ook steeds bereikbaar voor een vraagje. Woning is perfect in orde en zeer ruim, ons hondje heeft genoten van de afgesloten tuin, fijn zwembad.

5/5Super gite bien placé sur les gorges de l'Ardèche, mais aussi pour visiter à la fois la Drôme et les villages de l'Ardèche. Gite très propre avec piscine chauffée, tranquille à l'écart du village mais sans être isolé, super acceuil des propriétaires. Je recommande
