This old building is nestled on the Ardèche plateau, at an altitude of 1230 m, in unspoilt natural surroundings with woods and meadows.
The charming village of Sagnes et Goudoulet, typical of the architecture of the Mountain Ardéchoise with its roofs of lauzes and thatches, is only a few kilometers from the Holiday cottage.

Set between volcanic peaks and lakes (Lake Issarlès around 20 km and Saint Martial 17 km away), and 9 km from Mont Gerbier de Joncs, it's an ideal location for nature-based activities: Hiking, mountain biking or cycling, swimming or fishing in the rivers. And don't forget to discover the region's cultural and heritage sites, and local flavors (charcuterie, mountain cheeses, mushrooms, blueberries and wild raspberries).

The Holiday cottage is spacious and arranged over 2 levels.
The first floor comprises a large, bright living room with corner sofa, armchairs in front of the fireplace (insert), flat-screen TV, fully-equipped kitchen with island. WC.
Upstairs: large landing with reading area leading to 4 bedrooms, travertine shower room with 2 vanity units and double shower, separate wc.
At night: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and en-suite shower room, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds (and 2 additional bunk beds).
Outside, a terrace area for meals, barbecues or relaxing on the deckchairs available, all in a peaceful setting.
There's also plenty of green space to play pétanque, badminton or table tennis.
Central heating and Electric heating on the ground floor are included. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Lockable storage for bikes and other equipment.
