Located high up in the Rhône Valley, the Grivet gîte plunges you into the heart of nature and the famous Saint-Joseph and Crozes-Hermitage vineyards. Numerous hiking trails leave directly from the house, inviting you to explore these breathtaking landscapes. Within a 20 km radius, you'll find a variety of tourist activities to enhance your stay, from visits to wine cellars to historical and cultural sites: Train de l'Ardèche, Zoo Safari de Peaugres, Cité du Chocolat....

This south/south-west-facing stone gîte is detached and set behind the owner's house, offering a lovely private outdoor space. You'll enjoy a lovely covered terrace with a breathtaking view of the vineyards and forest. The spacious garden is ideal for children, giving them plenty of room to play, run and cycle. Young and old alike can also enjoy the company of the horses on the property.

Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table and sitting area with fireplace. A bedroom with double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC are located on this level. Upstairs, an attic mezzanine with a 120cm bed and a 90cm bed leads to a second attic bedroom with two 90cm beds and a shower room (shower cubicle and WC).
