Detached villa with covered swimming pool, heated from April 15 to November 1, and fully enclosed garden. We're ideally located, just a stone's throw from Aubenas and 30 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Gorges de l'Ardèche. The Thermal baths of Vals les Bains with its casino, park and Cinema are less than 10 minutes away. The house is on 2 levels, with underfloor heating. The first floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Large south-facing terrace, Kids' play area and jeu de boules. Kitchenette with large living room and two lounges (sofas, armchairs, fireplace, flat-screen TV, wifi), bedroom 1 (1 x 160 cm bed), bedroom 2 (2 x 90 cm electrically-controlled beds), shower room and WC. Upstairs, bedroom 3 (1 bed 160 cm), bedroom 4 (2 beds 90 cm), bathroom, WC. Gas barbecue. Bed linen provided and Beds made on arrival. Baby equipment available on request. Two dogs accepted. Bi-weekly bookings from July 19 to August 23.
