Overlooking the Eyrieux valley, detached house in a quiet hamlet. Come and stay in our very comfortable Holiday cottage 'Gîte de Bellevue' with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding valleys.
The ground floor comprises a living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area with sofa. A corridor leads to the bedrooms, the first with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, and the second with a 140cm bed. Bathroom with shower and separate WC. Electric heating, Wood heating in the hallway.
From the terrace, you'll appreciate the view over the valleys. Surrounded by chestnut, oak and pine trees.
Major shops 15 km away. The Dolce Via is 5 km away, where you can walk or cycle. Numerous Hiking trails close to the Holiday cottage, bike rental available in Les Ollières sur Eyrieux. Aquarock adventure park, canoeing at Saint Sauveur de Montagut.
Baby bed and high chair available on request. Bed linen included and towels optional.

Un petit air de bout du monde
5/5Un séjour à Bellevue c'est une parenthèse de bonheur et de sérénité très loin du tourisme de masse commercial et anonyme.
Un accueil sympathique, des hôtes charmants qui partagent leur expérience et nous font connaitre la vie difficile des producteurs de fruits de ces régions .
Nous avons apprécié la douceur de vivre de ce hameau loin du tumulte et de l'agitation du monde.
Merci à Mme et Mr Sallee pour ces bons moments de partage et d'échange dans la bonne humeur, la sympathie et la simplicité.

5/5J'ai fait beaucoup de locations, mais rarement, voire jamais, je n'ai trouvé un gite aussi propre, aussi confortable, aussi bien équipé et entretenu, avec en prime le calme, dans un petit hameau, avec une vue splendide sur la vallée. Et pour couronner le tout, la gentillesse, la discrétion des propriétaires. A la fin de votre séjour, quand vous demandez s'ils veulent venir faire l'état des lieux, vous vous entendez répondre:
" non, nous ce n'est pas comme cela qu'on fait, c'est vous qui allez venir chez nous pour prendre l' apéritif ". Du jamais vu !!

En surplomb...
4/5Le gîte est installé à flanc de colline et la vue est superbe.
Seul bémol la route qui y mène est plutôt étroite et le croisement de voiture peut s'avérer difficile à certains endroits.
