Here, calm and authenticity prevail: no opposite, an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and total immersion in nature. The Holiday cottage is part of an authentic environment, characteristic of the Mountain Ardèche. Nature lovers will appreciate the richness of the surrounding area, with hiking trails starting from the Holiday cottage, vast stretches of land ideal for walks, observation of local flora and fauna, and outdoor activities in total freedom. Nearby Lake Coucouron is a popular spot for swimming, walking and family get-togethers, and this restored farmhouse offers comfort and simplicity in an authentic spirit. The accommodation is on 2 levels: on the first floor, a living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen. A large veranda with table and chairs is ideal for enjoying meals or sharing warm moments with a view of nature and Mont Gerbier de Joncs in the distance!
On the 1st floor, 5 bedrooms (3 with 1 x 140cm bed, 1 with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, 1 with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed) (possibility of 2 additional bunk beds), a bathroom (with bath and shower), a separate toilet. The outside is ideal for relaxing. The terrace is a real living space, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding natural landscape. It invites you to take full advantage of the setting: outdoor meals (charcoal barbecue), moments of rest, contemplation of the sunsets. The adjoining grounds (5000 m2) are spacious and natural, allowing Kids to play freely and adults to relax in peace and quiet. Boules, table tennis, billiards and children's games are all available. Closed storage for bikes and motorcycles, this is the place to meet up and recharge your batteries. This Holiday cottage is particularly well suited to family holidays and get-togethers with friends in search of calm and authenticity. It will appeal to travelers wishing to reconnect with the essentials, in a simple, beautiful and soothing environment. 2 kms from the Holiday cottage, Coucouron and its shops (mini-market, post office, bakery, Doctor, Pharmacy, butcher's shop...) its market with local produce every Wednesday morning. For electric vehicles, possibility of recharging at the Coucouron village terminal (sockets not suitable for the Holiday cottage).
