Set in 2 hectares of land, this old stone farmhouse, restored and renovated as Holiday cottages, is an authentic place combining charm and comfort.
The Freezia gîte adjoins 4 other Holiday cottages, each with its own entrance.
The large, secure, heated Piscine, surrounded by beautiful vegetation, is shared with other holidaymakers and the owners, who live on the estate.
Ideally located, you're close to the shops in Rosières, Joyeuse and the farmers' markets, and can easily explore the Ardèche region, discovering the picturesque villages of Joyeuse, Les Vans, Vogüé, Balazuc and Labeaume....., not forgetting the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet. For the more sporty, there are a number of activities available not far from the Holiday cottage: canoeing, Hiking, mountain biking, horse-riding, climbing....
Add a touch of serenity to your stay with family or friends by relaxing by the Piscine or on the gîte's 27m2 terrace, equipped with garden furniture, pergola and barbecue.
Access to the Domaine's private, enclosed parking lot is via an electric gate (remote control handed over on arrival). A boules set is available.
The Holiday cottage Freezia (79 m2) is located on the 1st floor of a part of the mas (access by an outside staircase). It features a large veranda with built-in kitchen, opening onto the terrace, and a living room with sofa and TV. Two bedrooms, each with 2 adjustable 80cmx200cm beds, and TV (one, accessible from the terrace, has its own shower room and separate toilet). The 2nd bathroom has an Italian-style shower and separate toilet.
Piscine (12x6m /prof 1.50m) secured by gates, gate and shutter.
For your comfort, towels and bed linen are included, and beds made on arrival.
Holiday cottage can be grouped with Holiday cottages Lotus, Violette, Safran or Coquelicot (cousinades, birthdays and other family celebrations are not permitted).

Amoureux de la nature et de la pierre, nous avons consacré 10 ans à transformer une ruine en un havre de paix au cœur des Cévennes. Aujourd'hui, notre domaine accueille 5 gîtes de charme, alliant confort et authenticité, avec une belle piscine nichée dans un cadre enchanteur.
Passionnés par le jardin, les fleurs et la décoration, nous avons pris soin de chaque détail, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, pour offrir un lieu chaleureux et harmonieux. Nos voyages et nos rencontres nous inspirent au quotidien, et nous avons à cœur de partager cet espace unique avec nos visiteurs, pour des séjours empreints de sérénité et de convivialité.

Nathalie et Patrick sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Patrick met a disposition son potager pour la cueillette des tomates, aubergines et autres légumes, ce que nous avons trouvé fort sympathique.
Le gîte Freezia est très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur le soleil couchant depuis la véranda - cuisine. Le gîte est calme et en même temps bien situé. Joyeuses est accessible à pied pour faire quelques courses,et la situation géographique permet de rayonner pour faire des balades: Labeaume, Largentière, Balazuc, Vogue...Au retour des balades, la piscine chauffée à 28 degrés est très appréciable.

JEES Très beau gîte
Le gîte est très bien situé, proche de Joyeuse à pied, et des jolis villages d'Ardèche en voiture.
Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et plein de petites attentions (accès au potager par exemple).
Nous avons apprécié la piscine et les chambres fraîches pendant notre semaine très chaude. Petit moins pour la cuisine en véranda, trop chaude pour s'y installer sur notre semaine.- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce gîte. Propreté, déco, équipements, jardin, petites attentions,...Tout était impeccable !
Nathalie et Patrick sont des personnes discrètes, mais toujours présents et de bons conseils.
Nous nous sommes régalés avec les légumes du potager, et avons bien profité de la piscine après des journées de visite et de marche.

Excellente adresse pour séjourner en Ardèche.
Beauté et confort du Mas, c’est un vrai plaisir !Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, au petit soin pour les vacanciers.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre gîte, nous étions entre amis (l’équipement est impeccable, l’aménagement aussi)
La piscine est top ! Le Mas Bel Air est entouré d’une belle nature (vue sur les vignes) et proche en même temps de toutes commodités.
Tout est réuni pour passer d’excellentes vacances. Que dire de plus…

Michèle Ferienoase mit wundervollem Pool
Wir haben zwei Wochen bei Nathalie und Patrick verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wunderschöne beheizte Pool. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist ideal, um verschiedene schöne Orte zu erkunden und um Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen zu machen.
