This is a detached house on one level, with private swimming pool*. It offers every comfort for a pleasant stay in the Ardèche.
Garden for relaxing and reading, shady terrace for breakfasts, play area with petanque pitch, swing and slide for the little ones, badminton and even a pinball machine!
The owners live nearby, on a plot of land near the Piscine, but keep a low profile when guests are swimming.

Inside, you'll find a large living room with integrated kitchen opening onto the living room. The living room is spacious, with a corner sofa, TV and fireplace with wood-burning insert, which is pleasant in winter.
Two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with 2 90 cm beds. Bathroom with shower, washing machine. Separate toilet.
You'll love the veranda with its large sliding windows and blinds. Here you'll find a 2nd dining area, reading corner and pinball machine, all with views and access to the garden.

The Holiday cottage is located in a peaceful setting, on a large plot of land facing nature.
A Hiking trail, "Sentier des Dolmens", is even accessible from the house!
The Chassezac river is a 10-minute walk away for swimming.
For shopping, there's a small shop in the village of Saint Alban, 5 km away, and a little further on in Lablachère.
Electric vehicle charging station in the village of Maisonneuve 3kms500 away.

You'll be amazed by the many nearby sites to discover: the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d'Arc, caves (Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche, la Cocalière), the Bois de Païolive, the Chassezac gorges.
Hiking and cycling on the "voie verte" 5 km away (electric bikes available for hire at 3.5 km).
