1.5 km from the beautiful listed village of Banne, the Holiday cottage 'Le Florentin' welcomes you in a beautiful house of character in the heart of a small hamlet typical of the Southern Ardèche without opposite, in the middle of a park planted with trees. On the 1st level, it offers a large terrace, part of which is covered with a barbecue, as well as an outbuilding comprising a living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and television, a pretty bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom with 1 140cm bed and outside access via the covered terrace. Rest room, table soccer, laundry room. On the 2nd level, a large living room with kitchenette and lounge/living area, a large shower room with 2 WCs and 2 showers, a bedroom with 3 90cm beds and a mezzanine area with a bed and a bedroom with a 140cm bed with outside access via a covered staircase. Top floor: 2 attic bedrooms, one with 2 90cm beds and one with a 140cm bed, a mezzanine with sofa. Comfortable, tastefully decorated, well-equipped (wifi, CanalSat, Canal Plus). Electric heating, glazed wood-burning stove in the large living room (free wood and heating included). Baby Equipment. Nearby: Bois de Païolive, Grotte de la Cocalière, Gorges du Chassezac, Gorges de l'Ardèche and Grotte Chauvet2, beautiful villages of Naves, Labeaume.
