This stone house will seduce you with its verdant natural surroundings and the Ainac stream, a small natural watercourse, nearby.
Access to the Holiday cottage is easy, as it lies in the heart of the hamlet of Le Chayne, visible from the small road leading to the various villages in the Besorgues valley.
The property is enclosed for everyone's safety, and a car or motorcycle shelter is available. There is also space for bicycles.
Games are available for Kids.
Loungers and barbecues are available for older guests, under the shade of the covered terrace or in the beautifully landscaped garden!

Séverine, the owner, will be delighted to welcome you and show you around her Holiday cottage:
. on the first floor, a spacious living room and kitchen with wifi connection and flat-screen TV (TNT channels)
. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining (3 double beds (140cm), 1 additional single bed (90cm) for Kids), separate toilet, bathroom
. a laundry room with a 2nd shower room and toilet is accessible from the garden.
The property is not suitable for PRMs (first floor and steps between certain rooms).

Numerous Hiking trails start from the house, as well as magnificent swimming spots, not to mention leisure activities just a few kilometers away: canoeing, accrobranche, visits to castles and villages of character.

You're only 1/4 hour from Vals-les-Bains, famous for its Thermal baths and Casino, where you'll find a full range of shops and a municipal swimming pool.
And if you have 1 electric car, you'll find a suitable, secure recharging point in Vals-les-Bains or Aubenas (which we can't offer here).
