Between Lamastre and the characterful village of Désaignes, the Holiday cottage Émilie welcomes you to an unspoilt natural setting, ideal for rest and relaxation. Carefully converted into a former barn separate from the owners' house, this charming Holiday cottage features a warm atmosphere, meticulous decoration and peaceful surroundings, opening onto 3 hectares of nature. Located at the entrance to the property, the Holiday cottage is arranged over two levels. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a pleasant living room with a sitting area featuring a wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a shower room with a large walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90cm). Outside, a sunny terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invites you to make the most of the fine weather. A Piscine, shared with the second Holiday cottage Ludivine (2 people) and the owners, is available from June 1 to September 15, with superb panoramic views. Kids will love the swing on the property, while older children can enjoy a game of pétanque or ping-pong. Ideally located for discovering the Ardèche verte region, the Holiday cottage is close to numerous hiking and mountain bike trails, swimming in the Doux valley, the Ardèche Train, the vélorail and the Dolce Via, just 3 km away.

For your comfort, everything is included: end-of-stay cleaning, sheets with beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, household linen and firewood. SWIMMING POOL INFO: Shared swimming pool open from June to September, weather permitting / dim: 4m x 9m/Prof 1m50/ unheated/salt/Wrought-iron fence with standard gate with child safety system + stone wall.
