In the heart of southern Ardèche and just a short walk from the magnificent Cirque de Gens, come and enjoy this beautiful, fully equipped villa with a view of the Ardèche. You’ll enjoy a completely relaxing stay as you explore the wonderful, charming villages. And you can set out on the famous hiking (or mountain biking) trail to gain some elevation and admire the cliffs of Chauzon. Just 4 km from Ruoms, you’ll find all the shops and services you need.
The Villa Douceur du Sud is a detached, two-story home, full of charm and tastefully decorated. The property is fully fenced. Upon entering, you’ll find a small courtyard with a carport. On the other side, the garden is beautifully landscaped and features succulents (please supervise very young kids). You’ll love the various terraces, whether for a relaxing atmosphere with a hot Spa or for barbecue meals with the whole group. With no neighbors directly across, the large Piscine (9x5m)—open from May through September, weather permitting—is perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Inside the house, you’ll find a cozy living area, including a lounge with a TV and a dining area. Adjacent to this, the kitchen is fully equipped, just like at home. A veranda has been set up with a second covered dining area. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a laundry room and a shared bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms have a TV and a private bathroom with all the amenities: a large shower and toilet. Bathrobes are also provided. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a 160-cm bed. The other two are upstairs; one has a 160-bed, and the other has an 180-bed (which can be converted into two 0.90 m beds upon request) and a walk-in closet. Everything you need to relax is provided: the beds are made on arrival, and bath towels and pool towels are provided. Heated/cooled floors. Upstairs sports hall and infrared Sauna.
