Nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare estate of Forest and meadows, this former farmhouse has been fully restored and tastefully furnished.
This house will seduce you with its large interior and exterior spaces.
Its grounds will bring you calm and serenity, and are ideal for isolation and rejuvenation.
The large inner courtyard, partly protected by a covered courtyard, is ideal for outdoor meals (charcoal barbecue) or simply relaxing.
Kids will love the trampoline in the approval garden or the other games (table tennis, trampoline, badminton, volleyball, darts, puzzles and children's books).

You'll appreciate the comfort of the house, which comprises :
First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, sitting room with large flat-screen TV, wifi connection, two bedrooms (one adapted for PRM with 160cm bed, dressing room, private shower room and toilet, the other with 160cm bed and private shower room), 1 separate toilet.
On the 1st level, access to the 3 other bedrooms via a beautiful stone staircase. Each has a private shower room and dressing room (2 are equipped with a 160cm bed and 1 with 2 90cm beds). 1 separate toilet, 1 laundry room with washing machine.
Possibility of 2 extra beds (a 1-person convertible sofa and a 90cm extra bed).

Easy access on foot to the village of Laurac, where you'll find all the local shops.
The location is ideal for discovering the southern Ardèche and its villages of character, Largentière, Balazuc, Vogüé and the emblematic sites of the Ardèche Gorges, Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche....
You'll find it easy to get around and take advantage of our region's many activities: canoeing, Hiking, climbing, cave tours, night markets.
