Welcome to Aux Saveurs de l'Instant – Domaine des Acacias, a fully renovated early 20th-century Mountain farmhouse nestled in a pristine setting with a remarkable panoramic view of the Ardèche countryside. Combining nature, comfort, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this unique venue is ideal for gathering family, friends, or colleagues to celebrate life’s special moments. Turn your special events into unforgettable memories.

The estate consists of three independent holiday cottages that can accommodate up to 20 people across 9 bedrooms. Detailed descriptions of each accommodation can be found under listings 74003, 74004, and 74006. Each cottage has its own private spaces, while also offering a common area with a semi-open kitchen—perfect for group meals, activities, and Cinema nights. Nearby, a beautiful outdoor area with a fire pit invites you to enjoy cozy evenings under the Ardèche sky.

On the property, everyone can fully enjoy the exceptional setting. A superb private pool with a panoramic view invites you to relax, while the terraces, play areas, pétanque court, and vast natural spaces offer a wide range of recreational activities for all ages. To round out your stay and extend your relaxation, Wellbeing areas are available, optionally equipped with a hot tub and two massage chairs. We offer one introductory relaxation session in the massage chairs for two people per stay. Kids will also enjoy the complimentary pony ride with the estate’s ponies, Fanette, Biscotte, and Kaya.

In the heart of the Ardèche, 15 minutes from Privas, the estate has an ideal location as a base for exploring the department and discovering its iconic sites. Nearby, nature lovers will enjoy the many hiking trails, mountain bike routes, canoeing and kayaking trips down the Eyrieux Valley, as well as the charming villages and traditional Ardèche markets. For swimming, three natural sites await you within 10 km: La Neuve, La Pervenche, and the Eyrieux Valley.

Particularly well-suited for family gatherings, birthdays, family reunions, baptisms, or private parties, the estate also hosts workshops and themed retreats focused on yoga, meditation, fasting, music, painting, basket weaving, or gastronomy. It also offers an ideal setting for seminars, training sessions, professional meetings, and corporate events.
