You're sure to appreciate the large volumes, the glass roof for maximum light and the private Piscine overlooking the Ardèche valley. This stone house is located at the entrance to our little hamlet. The small road leading to the Holiday cottage will give you a peaceful feel for the last few kilometers.
The accommodation is on three levels, with a large terrace and private parking. The view over the valley is superb!
Inside, a large living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, lounge with double corner sofa, shower room and toilet. On the first level, 4 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), WC and bathroom. On the second level, a large attic bedroom for Kids with 4 single beds (90cm).
The Thermal baths of Neyrac les Bains are 10 minutes away (swimming pool supplied with thermal waters), Vals les Bains (casino, swimming pool, Cinema, thermal baths).
In October, you can pick chestnuts and mushrooms on the owners' 30-hectare estate.
