On the lower level, you'll also find another large bedroom with a 160cm bed (also modular), and a shower room (Italian shower) with WC. You'll enjoy 2 balconies with superb views adjoining 2 of the house's bedrooms, and a large covered terrace for outdoor meals. And if you'd like to spend evenings together, there's a large relaxation area on the lower level.
Neyrac les bains thermal baths are 10 minutes away, as are Vals les Bains (casino, Piscine, Cinema, thermal baths). In October, you can pick chestnuts and mushrooms on the owners' 30 hectares of land.
