This welcoming little Ardèche farmhouse is just ten kilometers from Vallon Pont d'Arc, the famous Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche and the splendid Ardèche gorges.

It's nestled in the heart of an exceptional natural setting of holm oaks, rocky slabs and Mediterranean species.
It's a real little paradise, just 5 minutes from the listed village of Labeaume, nestling on the cliffside alongside the river of the same name.

It comprises a living room, kitchen, shower room and WC (ground floor), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and a bedroom with a single bed (140cm) (first floor).
The Holiday cottage is equipped with aerothermal heating in winter, reversible air conditioning in summer, baby equipment and a shaded parking area. You can relax on the solarium terrace or stay in the shade on the ground floor terrace. The estate is planted with trees, allowing you to enjoy relaxing areas.

It's ideal for nature and heritage lovers. For a refreshing swim, there's a beautiful Beach in the village of Labeaume. The beauty of this natural setting lets you unwind and invites you to take a break. Take the time to wander through the garrigue to visit the dolmens and hanging gardens, and stroll through the medieval towns of Largentière, Joyeuse, Balazuc...
