At the foot of an ancient volcano, Elsa and André are delighted to welcome you to Domaine du Clap, a 15th-century château that is constantly being improved.
This family home has been owned by the DELON family since 1812. It is located in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park. The bed and breakfast has been renovated using natural, environmentally-friendly materials.
The wood-fired boiler and thermal and photovoltaic solar panels ensure partial energy autonomy and low environmental impact.
New in 2025 ;2 electrically-assisted bicycles are available for hire, €20 a day.
Car-free stay possible; we pick you up in Privas at the bus stop (direct link between Valence TGV and Privas).
5 spacious rooms for 2 to 4 people, each with private bathroom and toilet. The Cocon room has independent access and a private 25 m2 terrace.
minimum stay 2 nights. (4 DAYS MINIMUM in HIGH SEASON)
Table d'hôtes only on reservation 24 hours in advance. Table d'hôte on certain evenings depending on the chef's mood and the number of guests (4 minimum). Dishes cooked by us come from our large pesticide-free garden and local livestock. (Le Bouchon qui chante is a very good restaurant just 5 minutes away). Breakfasts taken in the garden according to the season.
Table d'hôte: Aperitif and toast, starter, main course, local cheese, dessert and Ardéchois wine included.
Adult meal: 28 euros
Kids meal under 12: 14 euros
New!... a 90-square-meter room with a superb chestnut wood floor is available to organize dance, singing or other workshops, a grand piano can also accompany your workshops, and a shared kitchen is available for your workshops...

Room: Cocon
The Cocoon Room is located in a wing of the Château with private, independent access. Very bright with its bay window, it has a queen-size bed 160 x 200 cm, a TV and wifi. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a towel dryer. The private WC is separate from the shower room. This room also features an exclusive 25m2 terrace with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers for relaxing. A refrigerator, kettle and espresso machine are also available.

Pascal et Annick gite authentique à la région et au calme
L'authenticité Ardéchoise est absolument de mise.
Les propriétaires des lieux "défendent" la région et leurs qualités hébergeurs, pourtant très discrets dans l'ensemble;
Nous ressentons largement leurs âmes Ardéchoises et cela est très agréable à constater. Le domaine est agréable avec de multiples randonnées à proximité, nous aimons marcher et nous étions satisfait de tout cela.
Des repas "Ardéchois" nous on été proposés au grand bonheur des hôtes.
Petits déjeuners avec toujours du "fait maison "

Lzjf Super séjour
Très belle et grande chambre, tout y est décoré avec goût. La salle de bain est tout aussi spacieuse et impeccable. Les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants, toujours souriants et prêts à rendre le séjour agréable. Une adresse où l’on se sent bien, presque comme à la maison. Je reviendrai sans aucun souci !

La chambre Baron est vraiment faite pour les familles , spacieuse, indépendante , il y a également un vidéo projecteur avec Netflix ; l'idéal pour les longues soirées d'automne.

les copains d'abord Séjour à la seigneurie du clap
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La seigneurie est superbe avec des chambres spacieuses, les petits déjeuners copieux, variés et repas avec produits locaux faits maison.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis , et avons passé de très bon moments.
