This former farmhouse, fully renovated in 2016, will seduce you for your next vacation with family or friends.

Less than a kilometer from the village of St Remèze, amidst vineyards and lavender fields, this Ardèche-style house can accommodate up to 8 people.
In a warm and cosy atmosphere, everyone will find their comfort thanks to the 4 large, tastefully decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom and separate toilet.

The little extra: a real experience thanks to Mathieu, who will share his passion for wine, olive oil and lavender oil with you.

It's the ideal base for exploring the southern Ardèche region: close to iconic sites such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Grotte Chauvet, and the starting point for a wide range of activities including Hiking in the Dent de Rez massif, canoeing...

You'll be delighted in any season, whether it's autumn or winter, with a cocooning atmosphere in the living room with its beautiful wood-burning stove, or in spring and summer, enjoying breakfast on the lovely terrace overlooking the garden and vineyards.
Adjoining the owner's house and a Holiday cottage, you'll enjoy your unoverlooked exteriors: a pretty courtyard for a game of pétanque and a shady garden ideal for relaxing.
Inside, you'll find a sublime living room with exposed stone walls, including a sitting room, a living room and a comfortable open-plan kitchen. On the ground floor, a 1st bedroom awaits you, with access to the garden and a king-size bed (180cm), solid oak parquet flooring and exposed stone walls.
Upstairs, 2 further bedrooms with 160cm beds are available. The last bedroom has a 180cm bed and a lovely balcony overlooking the garden.

A relaxing, serene vacation guaranteed - everything is included! Bed linen, towels, cleaning, heating and wood for the stove.
