Would you like to get away to the countryside with your family or friends? About 1 hour from Lyon or Valence, a change of scenery at Domaine de Boidel.

Surrounded by several hectares of fields and Forest, this stone house offers space and calm. From the road, a stony path leads to this peaceful setting. On the ground floor of the house, the large living areas are ideal for sharing convivial moments: equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace, double living room with a dining area and another sitting area. The night space is on the first floor of the house. First, there's a master suite comprising a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a Bunk beds, followed by a dressing room and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Three further bedrooms are located on this level: one with two 80cm beds plus bunk beds, and two others each with two 90cm beds. A bathroom with bathtub is also available. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor.
Bikers, cyclists, hikers and fishermen will appreciate the large garage, with direct access to the house, ideal for storing all their equipment under cover.
As for leisure activities, between the playground with trampoline and swing, the ping-pong table, a game of pétanque and all the surrounding forest to explore, there's no time to get bored! For those who prefer to unwind, nap on the grass in the shade of the trees or on a deckchair on the paved terrace in front of the house. A wooden table with benches and a barbecue are available for al fresco dining.
For your outings, a varied program awaits you: Swimming at Lake Devesset (29km) or at the Aquavaure aquatic center in Annonay (15km), discovering the Peaugres Safari (20km) or cycling on the Via Fluvia. And if you fancy a bit of height, don't forget that you're near Annonay, the birthplace of hot-air ballooning.
