Detached house with fully-secured Piscine and private grounds, 5-minute walk from Aubenas City center and its Renaissance Château. This spacious Holiday cottage welcomes you with friends or family. After a few steps outside, you enter the house. A corridor leads to the living room with air-conditioned lounge (sofa, flat-screen TV), and to the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Next, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1st with 140cm bed and flat-screen TV, 2nd with 160cm bed, 3rd with 2 90cm beds), bathroom with large shower and bathtub, separate toilet. Upstairs, a 4th air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite shower room (shower and wc) is available, with a large space equipped with sofa and table soccer (access via a steep staircase). Gas heating. Outside, there's a terrace area for dining or relaxing, a large enclosed parking area and, behind the house, a private swimming pool* with a lovely beach for sunbathing and relaxing. A garage is available to park your car, motorcycle, bike... and there's also a laundry room with washing machine/dryer. The location of Holiday cottage Constantine is ideal for exploring our beautiful region and discovering the listed villages of Balazuc, Vogüé, Antraïgues, visiting the famous Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche (less than 1 h), the Gorges de l'Ardèche and its famous Pont d'Arc, not forgetting the landscapes of the Ardéchoise Mountain (Mont Gerbier de Jonc, Lake d'Issarlès...). And don't forget the local markets in Jaujac and Vals-les-Bains (spa town with Casino), where you can sample Ardèche specialities.
