Situated in the heart of a small, ancient and very quiet hamlet between forests and meadows, we have created this modern and comfortable accommodation with great attention to detail. Beautifully restored, the house has 3 floors. Dating back to 1781, it meets the highest standards of ecological construction without detracting from the charm of Ardèche stone houses. On the 1st floor: the large, beautiful living room is generously lit by a skylight. It includes an integrated modern kitchen with a large table around which you can spend convivial moments. The living room opens onto the terrace with its barbecue. On the first floor, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200), 2 bathrooms with WC (large shower), relaxation area. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200). For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen and towels are provided. The Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for Hiking, mountain biking and a change of scenery. For those tempted to explore closer to home, there is a wide range of activities on offer (Peaugres safari, Pilat Acrobois, 18-hole golf course at Saint Clair, swimming pools in Bourg Argental and Annonay).
