Situated in the heart of a small, ancient and very quiet hamlet between forests and meadows, we have created this modern and comfortable accommodation with great attention to detail. Beautifully restored, the house has 3 floors. Dating back to 1781, it meets the highest standards of ecological construction without detracting from the charm of Ardèche stone houses. On the 1st floor: the large, beautiful living room is generously lit by a skylight. It includes an integrated modern kitchen with a large table around which you can spend convivial moments. The living room opens onto the terrace with its barbecue. On the first floor, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200), 2 bathrooms with WC (large shower), relaxation area. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160x200, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200). For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen and towels are provided. The Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for Hiking, mountain biking and a change of scenery. For those tempted to explore closer to home, there is a wide range of activities on offer (Peaugres safari, Pilat Acrobois, 18-hole golf course at Saint Clair, swimming pools in Bourg Argental and Annonay). Non-smoking accommodation.

JC Une semaine moto en Ardêche verte
Gite très bien conçu, agréable et spacieux. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, tout comme les lits. La pièce principale est vaste et très fonctionnelle: elle regroupe la cuisine , le salon et la salle à manger, ce qui rend cet espace particulièrement agréable à vivre. Le logement est bien pensé et très bien chauffé.
L'hôte est très accueillante et sympathique. Elle a pris du temps pour nous faire découvrir son activité de création de perles, et reste facilement joignable en cas de besoin. A recommander sans hésitation.- Cleanliness

Sylvie Vacances exceptionnelles
Vacances inoubliables avec nos 3 petits enfants dans ce gite magnifique.
La maison rénovée par les propriétaires est très grande, très confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable. Belle terrasse bien équipée.
Les équipements sont au top, très bonne literie, le linge est impeccable. Rien ne manque !
Les extérieurs sont parfaits pour des enfants qui aiment le sport (trampoline, tyrolienne et piscine). Calme absolu, juste le chant des oiseaux et des grillons.
Les propriétaires et leurs enfants sont formidables. Très discrets mais toujours présents en cas besoin. Beaucoup de gentillesse et d'échanges agréables.
On se sent vraiment bien chez Véra et Thomas !

T. Prachtig huis in mooie omgeving
Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Vera in deze prachtige gite in de mooie omgeving in de Ardèche. De gite was heel schoon en van alles voorzien. Dit maakte het verblijf heel ontspannen. De kinderen genoten van de speelvoorzieningen in de tuin. Het privé terras bij het huis is heerlijk om te zitten in of uit de zon.

NHK Très bon gîte, très beau cadre
Un très beau gîte aménagé avec goût, agréable à vivre et confortable, une terrasse parfaite pour une soirée barbecue, un cadre isolé dans la nature et de beaux paysages alentour. Sans oublier une hôte fort sympathique!
Seul petit bémol, pour ce qui nous concerne, la chaleur dans les chambres du haut, il faut bien penser à ouvrir très tôt les fenêtres.- Cleanliness
